I. About the Job
As a Production Supervisor at Goldenstate Landscapes, you’ll be a key player on our team. You will oversee our landscaping teams’ work in the field, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll work closely with our team members and customers to keep our projects on track. Your leadership will help us deliver excellent service and keep our finances on target.

● Ensure our work is done well, on time, and within budget.
● Ensure our customers are happy and our services meet their needs.
● Leads a team on timely projects, always focusing on safety.
● Teaches and follows all our safety rules.
● Keep track of supplies and order more when we need them.
● Guide and grow your team, helping everyone do their best.
● Work with other parts of our company to ensure we use our resources wisely.
● Stay ahead of problems and find solutions to keep us moving forward.
● Keep an eye out for enhancement opportunities on our jobsites, as the best landscapes require constant fixes and improvements.

V. Financial and Personnel Oversight
● Keep an eye on how we’re doing financially and with our projects.
● Build a strong team that’s ready to tackle any job.
● Represent our company well and keep learning to make us better.
● Learn how to use our software to complete inspections and create estimates.
VI. Who You Are
● Ideally, you’ve worked in landscaping for over five years and supervised a team for at least three years.
● You’re good at working with people and solving problems, and if you know a bit about fixing things, that’s a plus.
● You are a motivated TEAM player looking for a company where you can advance yourself as a professional.
● You have a valid driver’s license and can do the physical work our job requires.
● You speak English and Spanish well and finished high school, maybe with extra training in our field.
Physical Work:
The physical demands described here represent those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. While performing these duties, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands-to-finger movement, reach with hands and arms, and be able to listen and talk clearly. The employee must stand and walk for extended periods when engaging outside the office. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
